Whether it’s an extension house or a villa ready to move into – we build more than 3,200 individual prefabricated houses every year. Our strong group of companies has set itself the task of developing innovative living concepts in a variety of architectural designs that offer solutions to the ecological, social and economic challenges of our time. Our demand is energy-efficient houses that meet the criteria of sustainability now and in the future.
The DFH GRUPPE is deeply rooted in the Hunsrueck and feels a strong connection to the country and its people. We support the development of this beautiful region through numerous partnerships. In 2016, for example, the DFH GRUPPE saved the maternity ward of the Simmern hospital from being closed. Diakonie was not able to carry out the urgently needed renovation of the maternity ward and delivery rooms with its own financial resources. The DFH GRUPPE took over the renovation costs of €500,000.
